About Carless + Adams
Carless + Adams is a firm of architects specialising in the care sector. On a mission to make sweeping changes to the way care is delivered in the UK, they have an infectious enthusiasm that can be seen from space and the kind of purpose brand agencies like Journey only dream of clients having.
Having experienced strong growth over recent years, they felt it was time that their brand and tone of voice reflected who they’ve become and where they are headed in order that they could grow their audience and attract the right kind of client.
How we helped
This was our first brand workshop in the ‘pandemic era’ and despite us all getting used to the virtual world it couldn’t have gone better and proof that it’s about the people, not the location. Following on from that we looked at the competition and of course the clients before producing tone of voice guidance a brand mood-board going on to work with their incumbent web provider, full suite of documents, brochures, proposals, e-marketing and a social media strategy. A huge leap forward from where they and putting them firmly on the map as specialists in their field.
