As a business we take our brand very seriously and so it’s important to have a partner we can work with to help us define, communicate and promote our brand effectively. Having worked with Journey since we started back in 2008 (at that point just 2 of us and no brand value) they have supported us throughout our journey, through various stages of our development. They really ‘get’ us as a business, and as people, and we work closely on sharing our ambitions and strategy for the future. Most recently Journey have worked with us on our rebrand to reflect who we are today and capture the spirit of Wilson Partners. There’s no doubt that Journey have helped us create real brand value and allow us to stand out in what could be seen as a crowded market place. For 13 years it’s been a true partnership in every sense of the word and one in which they consistently demonstrate they really care about us and our business.

About Wilson

A dynamic, pacesetting and entrepreneurial group of financial consultants that provides accountancy, business advisory, taxation and Corporate Finance services. Aimed at like minded businesses and individuals they offer a compelling service that goes way beyond simply numbers. With the team continuing strong growth and client profiles becoming increasingly impressive, it was felt that the firm needed to refresh the brand more in line with how the business has evolved.

How we helped

Having the privilege of working with Wilson Partners since their beginnings, we’ve amassed a huge knowledge of the accountancy sector and got to know the firm and how it ticks, inside out. The challenge for us was to find a way to successfully articulate the business and their many key differentiators.

With a complete overhaul of the brand in the offing, we took to workshopping with key stakeholders to ensure messaging and tone of voice was on track. Once this stage in the process was complete we were able to put together a style and tone of voice that felt like a natural evolution whilst still delivering a dramatic change helping position with a future focus.

What we ended up with was something a little different for a very different accountancy firm who do all but live up to the industry reputation as dull!
