Apart form the name this was a ‘blank sheet of paper’. Whilst these care often really enjoyable projects, the challenge is always to extract the relevant information from the stakeholders and marry that with our own market insights and bring it to life. After a great workshop session we were able to provide a clear positioning statement, tone of voice and a look and feel that could be applied across a suite of assets.
