Connecting and supporting clinical professionals
Medica
“The Journey team understood our organisation immediately, which was hugely important. Our brand and website was outdated and did not reflect our people, vision or strategy, but we knew we could trust Journey to work alongside us to represent and reflect our true culture through our own rebrand journey. The staff workshops were truly inspiring, and the Journey team captured our personality and culture translating these into our new values and visuals. All the way through the process, Journey listened and worked with us, and we are very proud of what we have achieved together.”
About Medica
Connecting and supporting clinical professionals to ensure the best possible patient care. Medica is the teleradiology market leader, providing hospital radiology departments with independent support to address serious capacity issues in both urgent and non-urgent reporting pathways.
How we helped
The business has expanded rapidly, moved to larger premises, substantially recruited more consultant radiologists and is now looking to expand its operations overseas. In light of this, there was a need internally to re-evaluate the existing branding to ensure it reflected the business outlook and was fit for purpose for the next phase of growth. With plans to expand internationally, venture into new telemedicine areas and attract further investment, along with increased pressure from competitors, Medica recognised it needs to have a clear brand strategy for the next five years and beyond, one that engages with all stakeholders, from investors to employees, to clients and patients. Through a series of employee and customer surveys and brand workshops we helped define their messaging, tone of voice, vision and mission through to concepting how the new brand could look ready for roll-out.
